I am pleased to highly recommend Jorge Stefano Cruz Steinbach. As a full professor at the Complutense

University of Madrid, I had the opportunity to teach and supervise his work throughout a semester as part

of the course “Culture of Peace and Conflict Resolution”.

This student has demonstrated an intellectual curiosity, showing a constant willingness to explore new

ideas. This is reflected in the quality of his work, which each time shows a deep understanding and in –

depth reflection on the course content. His ability to quickly assimilate complex concepts and to integrate

them thoughtfully into his analyses regularly brings original perspectives to his work.

His end-of-semester project, which consisted of applying the lessons learned from the course to a given

conflict situation, illustrated his constant and meaningful commitment. This work also highlighted his in

depth critical analysis and ability to formulate arguments persuasively.

Mr. Cruz has demonstrated an exceptional ability to articulate the notions and concepts studied in a

relevant and interesting way. I noticed a marked interest on his part in the subject, as well as an ability to

deepen the reflection in a significant way.
